5 must have online business tools
1. Google Drive (Docs, Calendar, ETC.)
Google drive is def a must have for your business! One of the things I love most about using it is that I can be working on a project from my desktop computer and if I have to run out the door for carpool or gymnastics I can pick up right where I left of on my laptop or even my phone! As long as each device is logged into the same gmail account I can work from each device and it will save and update it for me to work on later.
2. Paypal
Everyone likes getting paid right? Paypal is a simple and well known payment method that most people trust. It keeps things simple and all in one place so that you can keep track for taxes. You can create invoices and send them with ease. Paypal will be one of your favorite must have online business tools.
3. Facebook Business Page AND Group
A Facebook Business Page can be created in minutes and gives you some credibility and a place to send people who want to know more about what you do and how they can contact you. A page is not enough though. Facebook is changing and the way people are interacting on Facebook is changing. People participate more in a group than they do on a page. A page is like a hostess at a restaurant. She can give you updates and a timeline and even share about their new products buuuut you probably aren’t going to have a conversation with her. However, once she shows you to your table and you are seated among your people, your tribe, your group… you will have lots of conversations!
My point is that a targeted group with the sincere motive to get to know your target audience and help them will grow your business more than a page where you are the only one talking.

IFTTT is a free web-based service that people use to create chains of simple conditional statements, called applets. An applet is triggered by changes that occur within other web services such as Gmail, Facebook, Instagram, or Pinterest. Wikipedia
